The campaign period begins only after all required campaign assets and setup items have been completed and confirmed, including:
• press release confirmation
• marketing video completion
• AI agent training content confirmation
• direct email and messaging audience segmentation
• country-of-origin targeting confirmation

All plans run on a 30-day campaign period. Under the guaranteed sales policy, if the guaranteed sales target is not met within that time, the campaign will be extended by an additional 60 days at no extra cost. If the guaranteed sales target is still not achieved after the 60-day extension, our team will conduct a final audit of the AI campaign performance data.

If a refund is approved, it will be calculated at 70% of the plan fee, pro-rata to the portion of the guaranteed sales target that was not achieved.

For example, if your guaranteed sales target was USD1000 and only USD600 was achieved, 40% of the target was unmet — your refund would be 70% × 40% = 28% of the plan fee.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No. Your press release(s) are guaranteed to be published on top media including ABC, NBC, and FOX affiliates, but to maximize campaign performance, our AI system will select the most suitable media placements for your campaign based on your product, target audience, and market fit, so placements cannot be manually selected or reviewed in advance.

• publishing comments in relevant discussions
• participating in product-related conversations
• sending direct messages and emails to potential customers

No — the guaranteed sales target is intended to measure the sales generated through the JOYAJOY campaign.

We offer two ways to track this:

Option 1: Use your own payment page

You may use your own payment page for the campaign. Customers will need to enter a campaign code agreed upon by you and JOYAJOY. After the campaign ends, you would have to provide a sales report, and we will use that report to verify performance against the guaranteed sales target.

Option 2: Use a JOYAJOY-built payment page

JOYAJOY can build a dedicated payment page for your campaign that connects to your bank account or payment gateway accounts. All campaign-generated leads will complete purchases through this page, allowing us to directly track the resulting sales.

Yes. You may review the training content before campaign launch.
Training content may include:
• product knowledge
• question-and-answer materials
• sales scripts
• marketing scripts
• email content
• messaging content for AI agents
You may request up to 2 rounds of edits before launch. Once the campaign has launched, the training content cannot be changed.

Yes. You can review all marketing videos before launch and request up to 2 rounds of edits.

No, you cannot review or choose the exact influencers in advance.
Our AI system automatically matches your campaign with the most suitable influencers. However, we can provide general background information such as:

Specific influencer assignments cannot be changed once matched.

Yes. You may specify key targeting preferences before launch, such as:
• country of origin
• customer interests
Once the campaign has launched, these targeting settings cannot be changed.

No. The AI system automatically determines and deploys the profiles that best fit the campaign objectives and target audience.
These profiles cannot be reviewed or selected manually.

You will receive a campaign report that includes performance and outreach information such as:
• number of posts
• number of comments
• number of emails sent
• number of conversations initiated
• sales figures
• sample screenshots of outreach activity
• proof of press release distribution

Sales revenue for the guaranteed sales target is calculated based on the product sale amount only.
It does not include:
• shipping fees
• insurance fees
• taxes
Example:
If a customer pays:
• Product price: USD 100
• Shipping: USD 10
• Tax: USD 8
• Insurance: USD 5
Then the counted sales revenue toward the guarantee is USD 100, not USD 123.

Yes. JOYAJOY reserves the right to review and reject any campaign application at our sole discretion. This may apply in cases where a product, service, or business does not meet our campaign eligibility criteria, conflicts with our terms of service, or is otherwise deemed unsuitable for our marketing platform. If your application is not approved, any payment made will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
